Payment

U.S. issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check/debit cards (with a Visa/MasterCard logo) are accepted. Non-U.S. Bank Issued Credit Cards are not accepted. In addition, we accept money orders, personal and business checks (made payable to "MonaLisa Concepts"). Bounced checks will be assessed a $35.00 charge.

Invoices will be issued for the initial 50% deposit. Due to substantial banking fees, services will not begin until payment is received and checks/money orders have cleared. The remaining 50% will be due once the service is completed. Web sites will be launched once final payment is received.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Should you choose to discontinue the project, MonaLisa Concepts will relinquish all passwords to you (if applicable) and will not be held liable for any damages.

Pricing

Estimates are provided based on the services you request during consultation. On occasion, unforeseen services may be necessary, causing the Estimate to be higher than anticipated. We reserve the right to adjust the Estimate and subsequent Invoice(s) as deemed necessary.

Print Shipping Policy

Printing through Alysmarc is powered by Printing Automation, Inc.

There is approximately 10% Shipping & Handling charge added to orders in continental US. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, etc. Rush delivery is available upon request. Shipments outside of the US are shipped through USPS and can take 1-2 weeks or more to arrive after production.

Production Turnaround Time

Completion times for MonaLisa Concepts' services will be quoted at the time of consultation.

Printing turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days from point of purchase for most products, 3-4 days for digital products; however, please note that envelopes can take up to 10 business days for production. Please allow 5 business days for shipping time.

Sales Tax

Services provided to New Jersey businesses or individuals are subject by law to 7% sales tax.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Children's Privacy

Pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (effective April 21, 2000), this will serve as official notice that MonaLisa Concepts does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected may include your name, recipient's name (if applicable), company name (if applicable), pet's information (age, size, weight, etc.) postal address, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, and account information for purposes of payment.

You may wish to subscribe to our mailing list to receive news, specials, and promotional offers reserved only for those on our mailing list. In addition to the information listed above, we may also collect birth dates, pet names, pet breeds and other information which is strictly use to enhance your shopping experience.

From your purchases and other interactions with us, we derive information regarding specific products you purchase or use.

If you request a quote online, we track your IP address in order to protect against fraud. If you do not request a quote, your IP address will be deleted from our tracking within a reasonable period of time (approximately 30 days). We share this information with no other parties unless we suspect a clear case of fraud or cyber crime. If we detect an instance of cyber crime, we will report all data immediately to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Cyber Crime Division immediately.
